Danish Seaman’s Church, Pender Road


Every time I pass this building, I tell myself I need to visit it. I haven’t yet. I will soon.

Love this building. A little bit of history:

The two-storey bungalow was built and completed by Tan Boo Liat in 1910. It was known as Golden Bell Mansion, named after his grandfather, Tan Kim Ching, whose name translates to Golden Bell.
